Our program teaches the only authentic Kung Fu offered in Arlington, Virginia. Every moment of class time is designed to turn our students into slim, strong, flexible, and skilled individuals..

Here’s what a typical adult Kung Fu class is like at White Birch – Arlington:

  • 1) Warm Up
  • 2) Kicks - perfecting different kicks each week on a 4 week rotation
  • 3) Conditioning – on a 4 week rotation
  • 4) Stretch
  • 5) Chin Na – this is the Chinese system of escapes, locks, breaks and controlling holds
  • 6) Conditioning – same as above (we’ve found that the 2nd set really makes a difference!)
  • 7) Blocking, Trapping, Footwork and Entering Drills – as with conditioning, and kicks, these work on a 4 week rotation
  • 8) Fighting Combinations – again, on a 4 week rotation
