Tai Chi is an ancient physical practice combining movement, breath, and meditation. It is one of the most relaxing exercises available, and is excellent for improving balance and flexibility.. We teach the Yang system of Tai Chi in the lineage of Yang Chen Fu. Robert LaPointe learned the Yang system and its related exercises from Liu Chao Chi. He attended the First World Tai Chi Conference in Beijing in 1994. He has also studied several methods of Qi Gong including, Soaring Crane, Six Healing Sounds, Eight Pieces of Brocade, and Macrocosmic Circulation. TAI CHI FORMS:
